Expected experience:

• Experience: from 3 years
• English proficiency at C1 level;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of IT products, advertising services or digital marketing;
• Experience in managing teams of 5+ people;
• Successful experience working with international markets and clients;
• Proficiency in sales frameworks: SPIN, Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, BANT;
• Excellent sales funnel management skills and mastery of objection handling techniques to close complex deals;
• Deep understanding of CPC, CPM advertising models and their impact on ROI;
• Expertise in key verticals: Dating, Sweepstakes, Antivirus, Finance, Gambling;
• Knowledge of trends in digital marketing, competitor analysis and search for new opportunities;
• Developed analytical skills, in particular, the ability to work with ROI, Conversion Rate, LTV metrics and manage data through CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI);
